All the microphone foams and other accessories we customize are provided by us. Our customized foams, cubes, and triangles are of the highest quality and exceptionally durable — both in terms of the materials and the prints we apply to them.
Ideally, we should receive the files in vector formats such as .ai (Illustrator), .eps, or vector .pdf. However, high-resolution files (.jpg, .tiff, .webp, .bmp, etc.) are also accepted, and if possible, with a transparent background (.png).
For microphone foams, we use a limited range of colors. You can view the available color options in the product customizer. For microphone cubes and triangles, the range of colors is unlimited.
No. There is no minimum order quantity. However, we recommend ordering more than one unit to always have spare items, lower the price per unit, and make the shipping cost more worthwhile.
Generally, the production time is between 48 and 72 hours, but these lead times may be reduced depending on the workload in our production workshop. Please note that our work involves a largely handcrafted process.
Yes. You can request a different design for each product you choose, or even for the same product, but each customization must be submitted separately — you can include them all in the same order if you wish. There’s no limit to the number of designs you can use. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Payments are generally made by debit or credit card, through financing with Klarna, or by bank transfer. While card payments and Klarna financing are processed instantly, bank transfers usually take 24 to 48 hours to be completed.
